Targeting IDNs in Michigan
Selling into the healthcare space is complicated, with IDNs playing an increasingly central role. Understanding Michigan’s broader health system landscape is essential for making strategic decisions.
These IDNs, which often encompass hospitals, physician groups, and outpatient care sites, are seeking to offer a more comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care. This consolidation within the healthcare system makes IDNs a valuable target for suppliers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other healthcare-related products and services. Whether you’re looking to sell a product or service, marketing to IDNs allows you to take advantage of their wide range of care facilities, especially if you market to IDNs with larger networks.
