Jonathan Paris, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
As Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, Jonathan Paris leads Definitive Healthcare’s legal department, providing risk-adjusted, practical guidance throughout the business. In this role, Jonathan oversees our commercial contracts, privacy, and corporate governance teams, and together with those teams, provides legal support on day-to-day matters as well as large, cross-functional efforts such as M&A, capital markets transactions, marketing and branding campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
Jonathan is a seasoned legal executive and commercial attorney who has counseled domestic and multinational publicly traded and privately held organizations. Before joining Definitive Healthcare, Jonathan was the General Counsel & Head of Corporate Strategy at FluidForm Bio, where he was responsible for legal, compliance, and the strategic direction of the company. He also served as Senior Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel of Rapid Micro Biosystems, a life sciences technology company, and held numerous leadership positions at Insulet Corporation, Medtronic, and Covidien.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Government from Colby College, as well as a Master of Science in Finance and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University.
