This organization, based in New York City, serves a patient population of more than 35,000, reflecting its significant influence within the state. Its substantial Medicare savings demonstrate its effective coordination of healthcare services and commitment to reducing costs.
In second place is Somos ACO, which also operates out of New York City and generated over $20 million in gross savings. Serving more than 15,000 patients, Somos ACO focuses on delivering accessible and integrated care to underserved communities.
