FRAMINGHAM, MA – August 2, 2022 – Definitive Healthcare (Nasdaq: DH), an industry leader in healthcare commercial intelligence, has been named the winner of three Stevie® Awards in the 20th Annual American Business Awards® for Customer Service Department of the Year (Gold), Customer Service Team of the Year (Bronze), and Customer Service Executive of the Year (Gold). This year’s award marks the third time that Definitive Healthcare received Stevie® Awards for its excellence in customer success.
The Stevie Awards are a premier worldwide business award, recognizing the achievements and positive contributions of businesses in seven specific functional areas. More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, and more than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.

With nearly two decades of experience in customer advocacy roles in the healthcare technology space, Meffen has been instrumental to the evolution and growth of Definitive Healthcare’s award-winning customer service department. Meffen has made numerous improvements to Definitive Healthcare’s customer experience, including the creation of a Digital Experience program in 2021, revamping customer onboarding to ensure better outcomes and value delivery, and adding vertical expertise across the organization.
